Red Pepper Cajun Fritter Wrap

Wrap filled with red pepper cajun chickpea fritters and fresh vegetables on a plate

A healthy, vegan, meal made with Chickpea Based Fritters — you'll love it! 

Prep Time: 10 Minutes. Cook Time: 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Neutral Oil
  • 4 KISS Red Pepper Cajun Fritters
  • 1/4 cup Mixed greens
  • 3 TBSP Guacamole (or mashed avocado)
  • 1 TBSP Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 TBSP Cilantro

Directions

  1. In a small sauté pan heat 1 TBSP of oil over medium heat.
  2. Gently place the fritters in oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Then let cool.
  3. Roughly slice your Red Bell Pepper and your Red onion.
  4. Wrap it!
  5. Enjoy!
