Shawarma Bowl

A Stupid Simple Bowl! 

Shawarma Fritters in a bowl with basil leaf and lemon wedge

Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP Neutral Oil
  • 4 KISS “Shawarma” Chickpea Fritters
  • 1 Bowl of Mixed greens
  • 3 TBSP Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Sprig Mint

Directions

  1. In a small sauté pan heat 1 TBSP of oil over medium heat.
  2. Gently place the fritters in oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Then let cool.
  3. Roughly slice your Red Bell Pepper and your Red onion.
  4. Slice your lemon into wedges, keep to the side.
  5. Combine everything in your bowl and garnish with lemon wedge and mint.
  6. Enjoy!
