A Stupid Simple Bowl!
Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Neutral Oil
- 4 KISS “Shawarma” Chickpea Fritters
- 1 Bowl of Mixed greens
- 3 TBSP Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Feta Cheese
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Sprig Mint
Directions
- In a small sauté pan heat 1 TBSP of oil over medium heat.
- Gently place the fritters in oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Then let cool.
- Roughly slice your Red Bell Pepper and your Red onion.
- Slice your lemon into wedges, keep to the side.
- Combine everything in your bowl and garnish with lemon wedge and mint.
- Enjoy!
